Question about supplementary form and personal history

Hi,

Situation is I was in USA for 5yrs and then 1 yr in Canada. Went to India in between for 3 weeks. Now I am back to US on H1.
Supplementary information form is very confusing about list all trips. I am not able to understand if I should mention India, Canada and USA or just Canada as trips because my country of residence is US now.

Second question is when I was in Canada, I was working remotely from Ontario. My office is in Quebec. In IMM5669E form, should I mention Quebec office address at personal history section -City or Town and Country or the place where I was residing and working remotely.

My husband is primary applicant and he is still in Canada.

Assume you hold an indian passport , if so you dont need to include your stay in india.

You can check with ur paystubs and job letter for ur employer address. If the paystub show some ontario address you can include the same (means if your employer has a branch at ontario too) else show the quebec address. Also ur hubby is the primary applicant, so no worries.
