Question About Status Change on ECAS

For those of you whose application went through the London Visa office, when did the status of your application change on ecas from "in process" to "decision made"? Was it before you got the notice to submit your passport? Was it after you submitted your passport? Or was it after you got your passport back with the visa in it?

Unless I'm completely mistaken you get "decision made" first and then the PPR.

It varies for different diplomatic posts. At Buffalo I got decision made before the PPR.

I got "decision made" first, before I got PPR. Although the PPR came via e-mail and only after I queried with the London Visa office that E-cas had been updated to "decision made" but I had not received a PPR.

Nice. I had it changed to decision made the week before I get my passport request.

I got the PPR on Apr 29th, mailed the passport the next day. Visa was issued on May 6th, got "Decision made" on May 11th and the passport with visa arrived in the mail on May 12th. Vienna
