question about spousal and express entry

hi i am wondering since i hve my hubbys case pending in security is it good idea to apply for express entry ? he had masters degree in language and hes doing phd - i dunno if i should apply though whats ur thoughts on this

It doesn't make sense IMO. Applying through Express Entry takes a lot of work and there's a great deal of additional documentation he's going to have to gather. Also, an Express Entry application has to go through the same security checks as a spousal sponsorship application. So if he's stuck in security checks for spousal sponsorship - the same thing is going to happen for Express Entry.

uts been stuck since jan 2017 - from afghanistan
