I need to send 3 passport in the Canadian embassy in Vienna.
there is VAC office in my country and I can send the passport through it but It is much much more expensive than to send via DHL for example.
Does anyone have experience with this. On their web site they say:
"All passports received by mail or private courier will be returned by registered mail to the mailing address indicated on your application form.
If you wish to have your passport returned by private courier, you must include with your passport a completed pre-paid return airway bill which ensures collection services."
What does the bold mean?
Can I pre-paid to DHL and send a copy of that with my passports or?
I want to use DHL so send and receive the passport.
