question about schedule A.refused admission question 6E

Me and my spouse have received schedule A request. We are confused about what to answer for the following question:

been refused admission to or ordered to leave canada or any other country?

We have refusal from Canada in 2014. However at that time we were in UK and later came back to home country. we have no deportations or overstays status ever on our immigration records. What should we answer?
