Question about Schedule A Form

Hello Everyone,

I have just filled the schedule A form as myself (the principal applicant). I don´t see any information being asked about my wife in this form. However, in the check list says that my wife has to signed the form too. I don´t see in the schedule A form any specific place asking for her to sign. Also, it looks like that all the questions in the schedule A form are meant for the principal applicant not for the spouse. I am confused, please any help will be very appreciated.

You have to fill this form twice, one form for you and another for your wife. For example, if you fill you form, just fill your detail as principal applicant, and when your wife fill the form she must fill as spouse. and sign each form.

That makes sense, but they should say so somewhere in the form, or maybe they did but I could not find it. Thanks.
