Question about RPRF

Hi myself jigna..am new to this thread..and i know its very usefull for FSW
I ve also filled under 4131..case approved from CIO, and now within few days i ll send full application to NEw delhi....

i just want to know about RPRF...IS RPRF must be send with the full application? or we have to submit it when local visa office ask us for do so??

please help me

Hi Jigna,

Congratulations on your case being approved by CIO....you won the first battle

To best of my knowledge, at this stage you won't have to attach the RPRF fee along with other documents being submitted with CHC - New Delhi. After they complete their review at CHC - ND you will be asked to deposit it along with medical & passport/s.

Don't bother about this and sumbit rest the documents.

I am also an aspirant under NOC-4131 but yet to apply to CIO - NS. Could you please tell me what main duties you had written for your job? What do you teach?

I am a teacher of physcial education and currently employed as a Secondary teacher.

You know it is not what you write that sways the processing office, but what your employer states your duties are in the employment letter.

But the problem is my emloyer is not giving me anything in written except a work experience certificate stating I have worked with them as a College Lecturer for two academic sessions.

They says when they have already mentioned Lecturer on the letter I should be fine with that because the duties of a Lecturer are well defined and can not be changed.

Pls tell me one thing, if I write all my duties that I performed at College while I was working with them on a plain paper and then get this paper attested/validated by College pricipal or any other competent college authority, Will it be enough? Will the processing office (New Delhi in my case) accept it?

I am really confused on this. The College doesn't listen my request and being reluctant to issue any other document except the work experience letter......moreover I have lost my appointment letter because I worked with them a long way back.....Do you think with this situation I have any chances of being successful?

for New Delhi, you have to send the RPRF along with final docs. there was a change in the New Delhi Annexure A in June. please download the latest one..

Your exp should be post secondary level,
Yes this letter from college principal will do but it should be stamped, dated,signed with his contact nos.preferably on college ltr head (stationary)

@ Jigna - Aanban is right, you will need to send the RPRF fee along with your final docs, I have checked it myself.

@ Rely - Yes my experience as a college lecturer was post secondary level & I used to teach students doing bachelors degree at University level.

The college won't issue this certificate on their letter head, they are pathetic.....I can only write my main duties on a plain paper & then get it validated by College authorities....they can validate this paper by putting their official seal.

as in my case.... i have just listed out all my duties in my resume...and nothing else...
no college seal, no prinicipal's sign...nothing....

i dont know i ve done right or not...now i m also confused.....

i m very much confused now... i ve applied through consultanat..and already sent a file, but didnt sent RPRF fees...

so what will happen now???
i think as per new rules...we ve not sent RPRF.. so next before medical, they ll ask for RPRF...

But you have already got approval from Nova Scotia....right?
I do not have a resume either so I am consufed what to write......maybe I will write duties mentioned on HRSDC website for NOC-4131

Did you get your work experience certificate letter from the college you have taught/or teaching?
If so, can you write the contents of this letter here?

As for your file, you have sent it without RPRF fee so I think CHC - New Delhi will communicate & ask you to send it. You will receive this request before your medical.

Lets Aanban also say something on this becasue he is more experienced than us.

in most likely situation, you will get the RPRF request along with the Medical request. This was the process at New Delhi before May 09. So, it should not impact your timelines at all. because in any case the medicals take more time than RPRF draft.

make sure, that the Annexure A you sent was the old copy and did not ask for the RPRF. this will ensure that you have not ticked something wrong in Annexure A.
