so i got my ready for visa email and it looks like I'm almost there.

Im currently in Canada working right now so it seems this stage 3 is in reference to me

just 2 questions- is the below giving me the option to send my passport OR a copy of my passport? My country of birth is Ireland.is this exempt from sending in your passport?
Also for the 2 pictures? I assume they are passport photos required? I have two passport photos here but they have November 2014 on the back of them... i assume this won't be an issue?

Sorry for the simple questions but I'm just at the last hurdle and don't want to make any mistakes....

STEP 3: SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS FROM CANADA OR THE US

If you or any of your accompanying family members are outside Canada or the United States, please disregard the following instructions and contact CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to issue the documents at a local visa office.

1. Gather the following documents:

· Passport(s) OR passport photocopy(ies)

· Photos (2 per person)

· One copy of this letter

· One self-addressed envelope* with your complete mailing address for us to return your passport(s) and Confirmation(s) of Permanent Residence

· One envelope* addressed to our office to send your package

*Please refer to the instructions in the table below.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
As you're visa exempt, you can just send in a photocopy of the bio page of your passport. Don't even need to send in copies of the other pages.
If you follow the link about the specs for the photos, it says they need to be dated within the last 6 months and there's specific size needed and stamped and signed by the person who took them. You'll def need new photos.
But congrats!
