question about previous travel document

I am applying for a Adult Canadian passport. Section 3 of the application form asks me about any previous travel documents I have had. I had a child passport that expired in 2016. How should I fill out this section? According to instruction K, if the travel document expiry date is more than 12 months from the date the application is submitted, I need to provide a written explanation.
