Question about Pre-departure preparations

Hi everyone,

we finally received our visas and CPR yet there were instructions to be followed.
we do know that we have to attend PDOS (because it says required by the Philippine Government) yet there are two more pre-departure preparations that is included:

CIIP (Canadian Immigrant Integration Program) which it says "This CIIP sessions are designed for FSW, PN, their spouses and adult dependants" and i am already 21 years old
then
COA (Canadian Orientation Abroad)

Do I need to go to all of the three seminars?
Hoping for you fast reply (very much confused already)

by the way we are in Live-in Caregiver Program.. TIA

I also wanted to attend all 3..However due to lack of funds....we decided to attend the one required by the Phil govt. PDOS by CFO... God bless
