Question about Post Graduate Work Permit

I was trying to apply for my Post Graduate Work Permit but my study permit has expired on March 31. I know I need to restore my status but when I answer the questionnaire online, it does not allow me to pay the fee for restoration and upload the file imm5710. I do not know what I can do now.

You need to apply by paper for both Restoration as a student and a PGWP. You need to pay the $200 Restoration fee, $150 study permit fee, $155 work permit fee and $100 open work permit holder fee.

Thanks for the help. I have other questions. What documents do I need to prepare by paper? Same with online or any? And how can I apply by paper?
