The police clearance are the documents that are sent up front with the application. If they are approved/cleared, they do not need to be renewed like the medicals, correct?
Now, once an application has been approved and it has been sent into background checks, when they are doing background checks on a case and they want to obtain security clearances, do these clearances have an expiry date? For example, let's say that someone has lived in more than one country (at least two different countries) and those who conduct background checks have to obtain security clearances from all the countries that one has lived in. If they get the security clearance from one country and it is cleared but the security clearance from the other country does not come in at the same time, but comes in a number of months later, does the security clearance of the first country have to be redone? In essence, is there an expiry date on security clearances?
