Q1) The guide tells us to "Print the name o fthe person on the back of the photos". So , if my name is Will Smith, I should write in black ink "WILL SMITH", right?

Q2) the guide tells us NOT to staple or glue the photos to the application form. With that said, how am i supposed to provide the photos in the application package? use an envelope to include them?

Thanks a lot.

1) yes you can write you name at the back in black ink if you took your photo from a photo shop like Shoppers drug mart etc. you can get them to stamp the bank of the photo with the date and photographer signature as well.

2) You need to place both photos in a clear white container and attach it to the application using a paper clip.

You can put the photos in an envelop separately for each applicant and write the name on the envelop. You can also write the name on the back of your photos if there is space. I didn't write the name on the back of the photos, just put it in an envelop and wrote the name on the envelop.

If i use an envelope, should i attach the envelope to a paper? or just put the envelope in the package?
thanks.

As long as you include the pics in the application and they are as they have specified, they do not care how it was attached to the application.

good luck!!

Hi,
The guide reads: "do not staple, glue or otherwise attach the photo directly to the application."
very confusing.. The CIC could be more picky than you thought.
