I have a question about photo :

1. should I take my glasses or not when photo
2. it say 6 photos and 5 with date ,name, birth, another empty

but ,in the append A , it say, all of them must be with printed date .

so for the empty one, should be with date or not ?

The Instruction guide says "bear the date the photo was taken (not the date the photo was printed) directly on the back (stick-on labels are not acceptable)." It does not say that all photographs need to have dates on them. Only instruction for that is in the document checklist which asks for the info to be printed on 5 of the 6.

is : The photos must .

so Can I understand that as, all 6 photos need date ,

but only 5 need both data and birth,name ?

Not a big deal. At a later time, they will ask for new photos if you made some mistake.
