question about parents marrige certificate

hello friends
i need your valuable help plz seniors give some advice
my questions are

1. my parents dont have marrige certicate. do they need a marrige cerificate for super visa ?????
2. if i wanna apply for my mom only does she need a marrige certificate for super visa and vistors visa
3. my parents marrige is not registerd so what are the other options to get marrige certificates or affadavit

Hi,

Do check if a Marriage Certificate is required as per the Document Checklist (for the country where your mom is applying from): http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp

She must prove her relationship to you (as the Host).... this can be through your Birth Certificate and/or your passport (if it has your parents details)

Hi . My parents recently got their visitor visa. They applied online and it asked for a marriage certificate. We included a cover letter to say that whe they got married 30 years go the marriages were no registered and also a certificate was not issued. They included my 10th class certificate and my brothers 10th certificate to show that they are my parents and listed as husband and wife. Also, my dad included the passpost back page that had my mom;s name as his wife. Hope this helps.
