Can I staple the IMM form with the supporting documents together? I mean one IMM form with all it's supporting documents. I see some forms have barcode, so I wonder if I can use staple. Besides, any pen color requirement for signing the forms. I just use black pen to sign and date. Thank you. ::) ::) ::)

no, don't use staples, use clips instead. the guide specifically states to use black ink only.

Keep it simple, no need to make multiple folders/binders or color coding, they'll rearrange things how they want it. Just follow the checklists, don't make extra work for yourself. It may look nice but ultimately it really won't speed things up in the long run.

I see people are printing out photo in A4, but I just gave them the photos from my album and put them on A4 paper, do it looks strange.

doesn't matter. all that matters is the pictures are clear and represent an ongoing relationship.

just one more question, sorry, Does CIC has requirement on the envelope size ? because I saw one envelope size requirement for applicant to send to the sponsor. But I and my wife live together, I quess we will send them by one big envelope with 2 small envelope inside. Thanks everybody

Thanks, As what I review, I only have 2 envelope with a total of around 20-30 pages, including supporting documents...... seems a bit less compared with you guys. I think I just use any envelope which can fit my documents in.

size doesn't matter. it's the QUALITY of information presented that matters.
