question about online application

Hi guys, I'm trying to extend my study permit online, but the system always tells me "Your document contains invalid entries. Please review your document and retry." when I try to upload the IMM5709. It's been validated on my computer and and I cannot find any error in the form. Is it a system problem, or there is something I need to pay attention to in the form? Thanks!!!

Try not to leave any gap and use adobe software.

Try typing N/A or NA in the spaces you are leaving empty.
