question about membership with organization

Hi everyone.

I once been a member of youth organization. and exited automatically when I am too old .


Should I mention it in the form of Background /Declaration ?


I saw the guide say " have been a member"

now I have exited that organization. should it be mentioned .


another question

the date about education . should the summary vacation be included or not . e.g 2006 -09 to 2009 -06 , but 07 08 is vacation.

if I don't include the vacation , there would be gap , right ? is it matter ?

It's best if you mention everything they are asking for. I even mentioned my travel history. All the addresses as well.

For being a member of an organization, I still suggest you put it down.

problem is, I am not now, I once been . and lost qualification now or years ago

the doc say, have been not had been .

The form clearly states "What organizations have you supported, been a member of or been associated with?". It is in past tense, so past memberships even if you are no longer a member needs to be mentioned.
