Question about Medicals - Proof of Completion

Hello again to everyone,

I want to send some updated documents my VO requested for.
They also ask for "Complete or provide proof of completion of the immigration medical examination..."

At the DMP's office they only gave us a payment receipt with our names on and reason 'Medical report for Canada immigration.'
Is this enough as proof of completion for the VO or there is a letter that the DMP should write?
And should I send a copy or the payment receipt itself?

Forwarding letter with the payment receipt is good enough. No letter from DMP is required.
