Question about medical for family

I am resident with my family in a country but currently my family is on vacation in the home country. Can they do the medical in home country and I do mine in the residential country? or should I wait until they come back and do it in the residential country for us all?

The medical can be done anywhere as long as it is with a Panel Physician.
