Question about Medical Exam required or not ?

I am a US Citizen and will be visiting Canada for 4 weeks. Previously have visited India for more than six months in the last year. Do i need to get a medical exam done ?? And if i do, does immigration at arrival in Canada ask for it or will it restrict my entry into Canada without it : ?

If your visit is 6 months or less you don't require a medical.
