i did a sponsorship application for my spouse and it was denied as he had criminal charges and now he is in Canada on a temporary permit and has applied for PR now when he came back to Canada as we were separated for two years in two days he was talking with another woman and fell in love with another overseas online romantic and emotional relationship while I was in the background. We have separated because I did not want to live that life. I think he only married me to stay here in this country. what are my options I have been harassed by this person and am tired of living with this abuse since leaving and he threatened to take my child away from me.

How has he applied for PR now? Are you sponsoring him again? If so then just cancel your sponsorship.enna00 said:
If he's getting PR some other way then you have no control over that. You can divorce him if you want but that is not an immigration issue, you should talk to a divorce lawyer. If the child is also his, then custody would be part of the divorce proceedings.
Again, if he's not applying for PR through you this is not an immigration issue. You need to contact the police, and/or a divorce lawyer.enna00 said:
