Hello All,
I have recently sent my citizenship application and have included a copy of my DELF B1 certificate. According to the CIC website, DELF B1 is accepted as a language certificate. My question is, should I have also sent my DELF test results? I mean the notes/scores for each language skill.

Thanks in advance,

According to CIC website

We will accept tests that you previously submitted for immigration purposes to Quebec, including:

Diplôme approfondi de langue française (DALF) (in French)
Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF) (in French)
Test de connaissance du français (TCF)
Test de connaissance du français pour le Québec (TCFQ).

This means if you have used this certificate previously as part of your immigration then you can use that as an evidence of your proficiency in French language.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I had noticed that section from the CIC website but I was wondering if I needed to send test scores along with the certificate when I apply for citizenship.

Better to send copy of both transcript and certificate to CIC to avoid any confusion in future.

Thanks for your reply; I've already sent my application without the transcript :( I hope they don't return my application because of it.

InshAllah they wont return for sure as you have fulfilled their requirement.
If they need any further doc, they will do so at the later stage.

You should be good as degree or certificate confirms that you successfully completed the requirements. If you didn't had the certificate then transcript would be the best alternative.
