Question about Job offer letter without Future employment

Hello All,

I am in Canada since 2 years(Arrived in Aug 2020).
I am a ICT WP holder exempted from LMIA.
Work permit has the LMIA exempt number, employer name, work location etc.
I also have the 1) letter which was issued for obtaining the extension of work permit(Which has NOC code, no: of months of assignment they wish etc) requesting ircc to issue wp, 2) letter which was issued to me after receiving wp(with my manager name, noc code, work location, salary etc) 3) Letter from Internal portal stating my position title, employee number, Salary, work location and also states I am a full time employee of the organization, 4) Reference letter stating job responsibilities and experience.
I have been working for the same employer since 2013(~9 years total, 7 years foreign, 2 years in Canada).
HR dept doesn't wish to provide a letter stating 'I will be having a job post getting the pr'.

Will I be able to claim Job offer letter points?
Please advice.

Not until you have the new job offer stating that you have a full-time job, one year past PR. The link details what makes a valid job offer.
