You have your answer, it's based on the duties, not the position title.
If my paystubs said I was a flying microwave mechanic, but my work duties were that of a dentist, I would be considered a dentist by CIC.

So the final answer is that I can shows the duties of Admin Assistant in my experience letter though being at the position of Admin Coordinator and everything will be just fine.
Apologies for asking so many times the same thing. Even i want the same to happen what everybody is saying but just to anxious to do. I feel that doing this will get my app rejected.
