I have a question about IMM5406E - Additional Family Information

In the document it states "Complete all names in English and in your native language "

Does this mean that I have to write for example:

What If I am Russian and my wife is French.
Because we both need to filled this document, which native language to use.

1. For my name to use Russian and for my wife to use French on both documents
2. In my document to use both our names on Russian and in my spouse document to use both of our names in French
3. In my document to use my name and my spouse names in Russian and in her document to use my name and her name in French

I am really confused???
Please any help

I am Shravya from India, applying for Canada immigration under NOC 2147 (Computer Engineer) . I am confused with the category to mention on the Envelope and also the mailing address to which I have to send all my documents. I have already gone through the guide, but unable to understand as there are 3 mailing addresses. Kindly specify appropriate category and the address...

Moreover what noc 2011 ?

Hi Shravya!! How are you doing?? i hope your query was solved by now. I was just wondering what envelope were you relating to? An ADR would have to be responded by an attachment of the form in pdf on your CIC account correct? Was it different back in 2013?
