Question about IMM 5669 - Conflicting Information

So on the site where you collect the documents (the CIC site), is says NOT to mail in the Schedule A form IMM 5669 until they ask for it. BUT on the document checklist, it wants the form and two photos that come with the form. ??? What gives?

Do I send in the Schedule A form anyway with photos? Or just the photos? Will I get in trouble or should I just wait. I'm sure what they want!

Are you using the new checklist?

The two photos are separate from IMM5669 and should be sent in with the initial application.

PCC and IMM5669 will be requested later, but of course you can send it upfront if you prefer.
