Hi guys. I understand that the family size should include myself, my cosigner, all my kids, and my parents and in laws who are being sponsored. And my family income in the past three years should meet the Federal Income Table for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship.
Now the interesting part.

My son was born in the September of 2016. Before he was born, my family size (including my parents and inlaws) was 7.
On CIC website, for year 2016
7 persons: $83,695
8 persons: $92,217

Do does my family income for 2016 have to be above $92,217 (8 persons)? Or the income requirement should be prorated as $83,695*9/12+$92,217*3/12 = $85,825.5?

My family income in 2016 was in between $85,825.5 and $92,217 which makes frastrated :(

Thanks in advance!

That's disappointing but thanks.
Are you trying to sponsor both your parents and your in-laws this year?
If so, may be you can sponsor one of the two sets of parents first. Then wait till you reach higher income to sponsor the other 2.

Hi everyone,
I have one doubt about income requirement. My income was 67k, 52 k and 64 k in three years. My mother and father in law came on super visa. Today, I have applied for my mother pr sponser form. If we recieve invitation, I want to know that If we are meeting the minimum income requirement? Because If I am considering me, My wife as family member. Then, I meet the requirement for my mother. But if I consider father in law it creates issue for second year income 52k as family size goes up.
Please expert help me out
Thanks

Your father in law is to be included so it looks like you do not meet the income requirement

Nah, his father in law has nothing to do with his mom's sponsorship. His father in law is only on supervisa and not be sponsored yet, so at this moment and this round, the OP is OK to meet all 3 years of minimum income requirement
