Question about: Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate?

Hi,
Im a fellowship doctor in Canada for the past 2 years, my employee is the hospital that belong to university.
I have question about: Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate?
I have a certificate from "The college of physicians and surgeons of ontario"
The certificate says that:
"This is certify that Dr____ is a member of the college and is authorized to engage in the practice of mediciene subject to the condition prescribed for Postgraduate Education.
Fellowship program in which DR_____ is enrolled at university of ____

My q: Does it mean that i have Canadian certificate?
If the answer is yes, i need to choose "a one-two year diploma or certificate" or "degree, diploma or certificate of three years or longer, or a Master’s, professional or doctoral degree"?

You do NOT have a canadian certificate. The license to practice is not the same thing as what the question is asking.

You only have a professional MD degree, which is a foreign degree. So you choose "degree, diploma or certificate of 3 years or longer.....or professional..."

I think that you meant that i need to choose NO to question "Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate?"

So PhD students who have not graduated get no points for Canadian study? What counts as a diploma or certificate anyway?
