@marioneta466

Do you want to pay a). Processing Fee or b). RPR Fee ?

I think you fall under "Federal skilled workers – All other applicants:" section of the page. As per CIC you wouldn't face local difficulties in obtaining Canadian financial instruments (since they have mentioned Financial instrument in the later section)
-- so you can go for Credit card option, however, pls confirm from other sources before making any final decision to pay.

I'd rather suggest if you can arrange a Financial instrument (in the form of Demand draft or Banker's cheque.. in CAD $ and payable on Canadian bracnch of that bank)... that will be much better & 100% surety :)

@marioneta466

I want to pay processing fees for FSW visa.
I am not really familiar with banking terminology, if I understand you correctly, I shoud go to a local bank, deposit CAD $ and ask the bank to issue me cheque. They I should include this cheque with the application send to nova scotia.

yepps.. you got it right.

Approach the bank and check with them if they can/ willing to issue a banker's /certified cheque or demand draft (banking terminology for Financial instruments differ from country to country). This instrument should be in xxx CAD$ and payable/drawn at their bank/ branch in Canada (say, Toronto).

Bottomline is that you need to go to a leading bank in your city and make sure they have international branches (including atleast 1 branch somewhere in Canada, say, Toronto)

If they are willing to provide the fin instrument.. you will be required to pay for xxx CAD$, converted to Euros on current exchange rate add the banker's commission (the bank manager will tell you the total amount reqd to be deposited by you in Euros). Make sure that the instrument has a validity of 6 months (as per CIC guidelines) Also , carry a copy of your Passport (they might ask/ keep it for reference) and if you're 1 member (for 550CAD$).. carrry approx 420-430 Euros (incl. commission) with you to the bank.

once you get the instrument in CAD$ from the bank, Fill the details in 'Fee Payment Form- IMM5620" and attach the cheque , include it in application package to be sent to CIO, NS Canada. Since you are sending it by courier - Do NOT send to the PO Box add.... courier will get delivered at Street address only not PO Box.
