What type of degree do you have?

For Express Entry, we only accept professional degrees in these fields:

  • medicine,
  • veterinary medicine,
  • dentistry,
  • podiatry,
  • optometry,
  • law,
  • chiropractic medicine, or
  • pharmacy.

It seems engineering does not count as one of the professions that fall into "Professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession." If you have a bachelors degree, you'll get points for having a bachelors degree. Same situation for Masters degree.
