Question about EE profile creation

Hello members,
1: Can anyone tell me that why am I getting (CRS - Canadian education = 0) which means no points for Canadian education, while I have studied in Canada for 1 year Post graduate Certificate.

2: What should I select on this question "Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?" what does it mean? Yes / No? if we studies in Canada.

3. Where do I select that i have canadian education to get extra points according to new rules from November 19th?

1. The system is buggy now, it will add your points in a couple days.
2. Select "NO" if it wasn't a language courses, but actual college diploma or certificate.
3. You just need to select in Education section that this particular program was in Canada and there is a question about "Canadian degree" and number of institution.

Thank you for answering. Awesome..
It shows 437 points without canadian education which means I will have 15 more points then even my IELTS is 6 in all except 7.5 in speaking.
I am going to improve my IELTS soon.
