Question about EE Criminal record check

Hi
Working on gathering documents for the EE application.
having a question here about EE's criminal record check.
i do have a Notarized police record check from my home country , but i'm not sure if this has to be up to date.
Mine was till June 2010, reason why i got it was because of the Canada student visa application.
And i came to Canada in September in the same year (2010)
And have been staying in Canada ever since, except traveling back to home country usually once a year.
I wonder if the document i have is good enough or i do have to get a new one?

If you are not currently residing in a country, the pcc must be issued after the last time you were in that country.

Just color scan the original pcc doc. Unless it required to get notarized for your specific country.
