Question about EE application

Under EE, it asks if I have applied for PR before. I did, but I didnt get a confirmation number because my file was late. So how should I do this? say no, I have not?

If you don't have a client ID/UCI number, say no. If you do, say yes.

client ID is the one on the work visa.... so i do have one. But i dont have the confirmation number
