I thought I understood the degree validation requirements, but I see so many people asking about it, I even started doubting myself. I am not sure if people are over-complicating things or not.
For every foreign degree that you add to your profile, CIC clearly asks:
If you say "NO", it means you do not have it validated, then you simply do not send anything, but also do not get points for it.
Isn't how that works?
I see so many people asking whether they should have their Master's or Bachelor's all validated or not. Shouldn't everyone know whether they should send, based on this simple question, or am I missing something?

- Has XXXX had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) within the past five years for this degree, diploma or certificate?
If you say "NO", it means you do not have it validated, then you simply do not send anything, but also do not get points for it.
