Question about DELF points for immigration in Quebec

Hello everyone!
I have a question about resultats of DELF for immigration in Quebec.
So i have DELF B2 certificate, it seems okay, but i heard that Quebec dont accepts B2 certificate wich result is less then 16 poits of 25 for every test.

So i have:
production écrit 16
compréhension écrit 10

production oral 17
compréhension oral 12

So i have following question - can my application be refused because my poits are not very good?

Your application will be rejected only if you failed to accumulate 59 pts for single applicant. If you don't have enough point for the french test you will not receive no point but your application is still current.
