Question about CSQ...

Hello all,

Finaly got some news from the Bucharest Embassy, they are working on our file,but I have a question for those who applied through Quebec.

Bucharest Embassy asking me CSQ, it's the only paper is missing in our file, how do you think I should send this paper to the Embassy, by regular mail or by email, they need the original or a simply copie will be just enough?

the copy should have been already forwarded by immigration quebec to them...but a misunderstanding at their level is very common....if they don't even specify to send original, then definitely copie as i explained before

no no and no, you get a copy specifically for CIC... Check the guides to verify what I say. I have been through that process myself so I am not talking out of my rear...

Ok , I will do so, anyway I will ask Embassy as well.

I know an original documents are very precious, God! I remember what happend to me when the city hall in Paris took me my original divorce paper,when I got married there, it was a huge "batlle" for me with them to get it back...

looool so we did talk abt the same thing in a way as long as she keeps the original....all i was saying was that some people do send the original which they should keep, not the copy specific for CIC
i would send both by email and mail....by email they will make sure that u have it and continue working on ur file, not put it aside (or maybe they already put it aside); then by mail they will actually attach what they need to ur file
me too i had bad experiences abt originals that's why i'm super cautious

My husbund called Missisagua yesterday and they told him that Bucharest office knows of CSQ approval only they need a copie for their file, I don't think they put aside your file just for that becouse while they are working on it while they come with a decision all the papers requested arrives at the Embassy, those files have to be completed I guess...just for the records.
