Just wanted to be sure about something..
Suppose someone is selected by express entry, he has the PR visa and everything, can he/she land in Quebec ? Or will the agents in QC ask for the CSQ despite the person having a PR visa ?
People in this forum mostly recommend CSQ holders to "land" only in Quebec and non-CSQ holders to not "land" in Quebec but I do know that one of the CSQ holders did his landing in Toronto airport without any issues.
But ultimately the PR visa is the same, why would they give a sh*t about CSQ ?
Shouldn't federal agent have more power than provincial ones ? (in case you land in QC with PR visa)
