Hey everyone,
Any info. regarding this would be great.....

I have printed my forms and am ready to send. However just noticed a few errors.

IS IT OK to CHANGE WITH PEN and initial it. I have already validated my forms. I don't have access to a printer right now.

Also I used correction tape on another form and changed a date and then initialed it.

Thanks in advance for your comments!!!

NO, that would be the same as not changing it in the first place. The scanned bar codes contain all the information that you entered on the form, if you change it now by pen, then what gets scanned into CIC's system will be what was entered on the form when you 'validated' it.

Thanks for your quick reply!

What about other forms that don't have validation? Is it ok?

I would find a way to reprint the forms. If that's not possible, just neatly cross through the error and initial. Make sure the corrected response is legible. It's never a good idea to use correction tape on official documents even with an initial. As truesmile said, validated forms will need to be corrected and reprinted.
