Thats just a compaint regarding not getting response or appropriate response to your request under access to information act. I.e. if they do not procide you or provide you incomplete file to your request.

I applied last week . Waiting 14 month to get my citizenship and i should wait to gcms coming now. Finally Lots of my friend they got their citizenship in 5 month . I m waiting 14 month still nothing 6 month ago i passed my test. I don't understand what happened for ocober applications? Why most of them happened like this?
every case is different i would say it must be background check if you have already passed the test, i understand the frustration, did u try calling CIC and if they have told u that background checks are in process den the best thing is to wait and as someone said in this forum try to focus on other aspects of your life, ur oath invite is coming, just be patient, good luck
