How old is the child? Are you saying the child is over 20? The parents qualify for CCB not the child.

Hi, we, the parents for PR and our child is not PR yet as she was born in home country after we became PR
Can we still claim CCB ? We are in the middle of apply for her PR sponsorship anyways.
