Question about CAIPS notes form

Hi All,

I am filling in the form to request CAIPS notes. I have question about filling in the CAIPS form (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf) ..

In section B, which one should I tick ... CAIPS or GCMS ? or both?

Which ones of the following should I tick?
- Visa file (information abroad) (includes CAIPS/GCMS)
- FOSS electronic notes (information in Canada)
- In Canada immigration file (includes FOSS)

I am a post June 2010 applicant with visa office Buffalo.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

For CAIPS notes, select only CAIPS. Do not select GCMS.

CAIPS is now GCMS.
