I have completed my graduation from Indira Gandhi National Open University I enrolled in july 13 and completed in 2016 I had around 10-11 backlogs in my 5th semester and i cleared all , Instead of 6 semesters i had to spend 7 sems as i had backlog in 1 subject .

Atm i m planning to apply In colleges in Canada , wanted to know if i can ? I heard that Ca colleges dont accept backlogs and gaps and my visa wont be approved.
 
Why don't you check their websites and contact them to find out if you are eligible?
 
Then you'll have to contact an actual person, via telephone or email, to ask. This information is also found on websites. Find the person in charge of international students.
