Question about apply PR for my wife

Hello ,

I have a question about applying PR for my wife:
1) her currently status is International Student , i want to applying PR paper work for her let her have PR to legal stay in Canada , i would like to know which paper work her need to submit and where do i can find it? ( could someone give me a link for it? )

2) Could her apply work permit at the same time ( waiting for PR ) if her no graduated from College yet?

3) What if her got pregnant? Does OHIP will cover the birth fee for it?

Spouses are not guaranteed a SOWP. You can apply and see if you are approved. You will be able to join her during PGWP once she has a full-time job in NOC 0, A or B and 3 pay stubs. Your wife currently has UHIP which is health coverage for international students. She will only get OHIP on PGWP when she has 6 months of work experience in Canada. You can only get maternity benefits if you have worked 600 hours. Would suggest qualifying for PR before having a baby. There are no benifits for you if your child is born in Canada except sponsoring parents as adults if the program still exists.
