question about application to change conditions

Currently my bf has an employer specific WP that he got at the border with his MPNP certificate. His current WP will be expiring in about 2 months so he will be applying for a BOWP with the AOR for his PR application from CIC.

I am a little bit confused about one question on the application. Question # 6 under Details of Intended Work in Canada, asks Labour Market Impact Assessment No. or Offer of Employment (LMIA exempt) No.

My bf has never had to have a LMIA and I know that because he is a PNP nominee he is LMIA exempt but I am not sure what number they are asking for to indicate that he is LMIA exempt. I do know that his employer had to register him with Employment Standards and that they sent some kind of number when he was registered. Is it the Employment Standard Registration number that we should be putting in this space?

My employer filled out form IMM 5802E and paid the fee but I see nothing with a number that I can use on Q6 of form IMM 5710?

Looks like your employer should have got some kind of number after they submitted that form and then they should have given you that number.
