Question about application form

Hi,

I am trying to fill the application form [CIT 0002] but it is not letting me fill from the computer, looks like I have to fill it by hand. I get this warning from Adobe Reader when I open the form :

"This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document."

Did anyone else experience this? Should will hand-fill this form? Or how can I fix this problem so I can fill it from the computer?

the forms usually works best in "adobe dc pro" if you are using a computer. If you dont have one, you can download it from the website of adobe. The 1 week trial version is available free otherwise its paid. Download adobe dc pro and do not open the form directly from the link. Instead, follow these steps:
1- Right click and save it in your computer
2- Whenever you want to open it, right click on the form again and use the "open with" feature. Go open with and
3- " Open with >>>> Adobe DC Pro

It will work.
