Hi all,

I have a question on the details requested on page 2 of 2. It asks about family members information even though not all/any of them are going to join to canada.

My situation is, I am in USA with my wife. My Parents are in Home Country. I can fill out all of their details but unfortuntely I do not have their photographs as per the specifications requested on form.

My Question is....Is it mandatory to fill out their details? Or can I just mention the details about my wife because in that case I do not need to worry about arranging the photographs.

you should look at their definition of family members. i think its only wife and kids but i could be wrong. its on the cic website.

Rupesh is right. You can only have your wife and children on your application. Also if you are applying under the new rules, photos are not requried for initial applicatin to Sydney NS.

Thanks as always.

If photos are not required for initial application then how come form has section for that. Am I referring to incorrect/old form?
It says
"IMM 0008 (10-2008) E"
"GENERIC"

Form is changed very recently from 3 pages to 2 pages, where photos are required. Actually CIC changes the form for simplicity and to fast initial processing.

For application form, any one can visit :
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

Thanks
