Hi, I am currently living in Russia, the question is about current residence, it says: The dates (From – To) you have been living in your country or territory of residence.

"have been living", well, "to" should mean the date I submit, or the date my visa expires?

I also, have a question about high school diploma, should I attach it with university transcripts or not? since i still I have not finished my university degree.

You should put the date your visa expires as the 'to' date.

What makes you sure about the expiry date? I am applying for study permit.

The 'to' date should be the expiry of your visa because in your current situation that is the end date of your stay in that country. You seem to have an alternate theory. What is it?
