Hey,

So on IMM5532 question 7, you are asked to give details about the people who know about your relationship, and the dates they met them.

I've been in Canada since April 2016, and my relatives have never met my husband in person. Only on skype and via whatsapp. Would I include this on that question? Like, my husband met my father on skype on such and such date?

And then the other thing is that I would like to provide letters of support as additional evidence, as honestly, we don't take a huge amount of photos together. We never really thought about it until it came to filling in the form.

What sort of things would be recommended to touch upon in the letters?

Any advice is super appreciated! Happy Monday!

Yes, identify that the relatives have spoken to your husband via Skype. This way, CIC will know that your family knows about your relationship and you're not hiding it, which can be a red flag.
You are only required to provide 20 photos, and you should. It's not that many, and it's important evidence for the officer.
We had 4 letters: one from each set of parents and one each from Maid of Honor and Best Man. They detailed how they came to meet and get to know the spouse, how our relationship developed, and their involvement in our life.

Letters can be informal (we sent in a Christmas card that my parents sent to my wife and I.)

Letters can also be formal. "My name is ______ and I've known Jordo and his wife ________ since such and such date. I can attest to the genuine nature of their relationship.". Stuff like that. In the formal letters, we asked those who wrote them to explain How and Why they knew our relationship was genuine from their point of view. Then they dated and signed it.
