I find this question a bit confusing. "Any other countries"? other than what?

Should I just simply list my sole citizenship?

Yes, just list your sole citizenship. They don't know that you only have one, you might have 2 or 3 or you might be stateless so that is why they ask.

mostly it's a country of your citizenship(s).

Country of citizenship is where the country of your home/origin/passport, your country of residence would be Canada if you actually live here...you will have a country of citizenship Canada once you have taken the oath after the paperwork is done, about 18 months later you will take the citizenship test and then the oath.
